William S. Strader Jr.Pastor Strader has served in ministry since 1980. He began ministry in Bennington, Vermont where he served for 12 years. He moved to Bucyrus, Ohio where he began ministry in 1992. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Religious Studies/Sociology from West Virginia University in 1978 and his Masters of Professional Studies Degree in Pastoral Ministries from the Alliance Theological Seminary in 1981, and completed a Master of Divinity at Weinebrenner Theological Seminary in 2003.
He and his wife Doris have four children; Hannah (Matt) Bowser, Chase (Clarissa) Strader, Julianne (Curtis) Ryland, and Lydia.

Jennifer has been serving at First Alliance since 2005. She received her Bachelors degree in Music Education in 2002 from Malone College and began her career as an Elementary music teacher. God had other plans and called her into ministry in 2005. She has since been licensed with the C&MA and has completed Consecration.
Jennifer and her husband Joel have been married since 2006 and have one daughter.

Janet has been a member of the First Alliance church for 20 years. Before becoming the Children’s ministry director, she was involved in the Children’s ministry as a Sunday school teacher, Jr. Church teacher & director of the Children’s Christmas program.
Janet has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bowling Green University. She has taught school, homeschooled her children, and recently been a substitute teacher.
Janet and her husband, David, have a son Jacob (Tasha), granddaughter, and daughter, Jenna.

Pam has been serving at First Alliance since August 2009. She brings over 20 years of office experience to First Alliance.
Pam has been married to Kevin since May 1984. Kevin and Pam have two daughters Ashley (Kyle) Spence and Kristie.
