Pastor Strader has served in ministry since 1980. He began ministry in Bennington, Vermont where he served for 12 years. He moved to Bucyrus, Ohio where he began ministry in 1992. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Religious Studies/Sociology from West Virginia University in 1978 and his Masters of Professional Studies Degree in Pastoral Ministries from the Alliance Theological Seminary in 1981, and completed a Master of Divinity at Weinebrenner Theological Seminary in 2003.
He and his wife Doris have four children; Hannah (Matt) Bowser, Chase (Clarissa) Strader, Julianne (Curtis) Ryland, and Lydia (Andrew) Williams. They also have seven grandchildren.

Adam has been serving as the Worship Leader at First Alliance since May 2016. He started his career at First Alliance in September 2014 as the Assistant Worship Leader. He received his Bachelors degree in Music and Worship at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2009. After graduation, he started his ministry as the Worship and Arts Director in Lafayette, IN. After a little over a year, he felt God calling him back home to Mansfield, OH.
In April 2013, While volunteering with the worship team and youth ministry at his former home church (Heartland Church, part of the C&MA denomination), he was asked to serve as the Interim Worship Leader at Bucyrus Alliance while Jennifer Kurtz was away on maternity leave. While serving in this position, he met his wife Ashley and they have been married since May 2014. Adam and Ashley have a son Anderson.

I love leading people into His presence and teaching people about worship. My prayer is that we can grow closer as a church through worship and expand His Kingdom by sharing the Gospel throughout our community.”
Amanda McMurray began serving the Bucyrus First Alliance church in November 2014. In 2001 she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spring Arbor University with a concentration in education.
Amanda and her family recently moved back to the US from Africa where they served as missionaries with the Christian and Missionary Alliance for over 8 years.
Amanda and her husband Thom have been married since August of 1997 and have twin daughters Miriam and Hannah.

Janet has been a member of the First Alliance church since 1991. Before becoming the Children’s ministry director, she was involved in the Children’s ministry as a Sunday school teacher, Jr. Church teacher & director of the Children’s Christmas program.
Janet has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bowling Green University. She has taught school, homeschooled her children, and recently been a substitute teacher.
Janet and her husband, David, have a son Jacob (Tasha), 2 granddaughters, and daughter, Jenna.

Pam has been serving at First Alliance since August 2009. She brings over 20 years of office experience to First Alliance.
Pam has been married to Kevin since May 1984. Kevin and Pam have two daughters Ashley (Kyle) Spence and Kristie.
