Pastor Strader has served in ministry since 1980. He began ministry in Bennington, Vermont where he served for 12 years. He moved to Bucyrus, Ohio where he began ministry in 1992. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Religious Studies/Sociology from West Virginia University in 1978 and his Masters of Professional Studies Degree in Pastoral Ministries from the Alliance Theological Seminary in 1981, and completed a Master of Divinity at Weinebrenner Theological Seminary in 2003.
He and his wife Doris have four children; Hannah (Matt) Bowser, Chase (Clarissa) Strader, Julianne (Curtis) Ryland, and Lydia (Andrew) Williams. They also have eleven grandchildren.
