As children in K–2nd grade grow in their reading skills, a whole new world opens up to them. They become eager to share about Jesus and their Sunday School experiences with friends their age. During these early years, they begin to reflect on Bible stories and express what they’ve learned in their own words.
In our K–2nd grade classroom, creative and interactive teaching methods help plant the truths of Jesus deeply in their hearts. Each week, children are encouraged not only to learn about their faith but also to live it out in practical ways throughout the week.
